I Think this Dr could do good on a fresh slate but not your guy for a revision. I would never recommend anyone here for a revision. My revision has left me in constant discomfort and pain. My breasts are UGLY, I cannot wear a low cut shirt/suit; they fall to the side. Just.. yuck. I have cried myself to sleep for weeks now. The staff is friendly, but don’t let it fool you like it did me. I trusted the Dr. full heartedly which was a HUGE mistake. I have painful/jacked up breasts. I get told this is “normal” by Dr. and staff; however, second opinion states differently. I will update review with greater details after blog and podcast is published.
I had surgery with the Dr two separate occasions. I survived and had no complications during surgery so for that I am grateful. Initially I was happy with my results because I was still in the healing process & didn’t know what I was in for, I didn’t see the full results yet & was excited for what “I thought” I was going to look like. Before I get into that let me first tell you that the staff will treat you like a gold but once that money clears the bank & your surgery is done, be prepared for a vastly different experience. This is coming from someone who’s spent more than $60,000 here between cosmetic surgeries & injectables so if I don’t get treated well, don’t think after your 6k boob job they will treat you any differently. They won’t. I first had lipo 360, a lower tummy tuck, a bbl and a breast lift & reduction. My issue from that was my breasts are very low, my cleavage is weird I can’t even describe it, it just doesn’t look good unless I’m wearing a wired bra, they are low and wide, one is extremely lower and wider than the other. Ok next issue, the stomach, I healed with a pouch and extreme indentation that I didn’t have prior. When I went back for post op, he told me it was swelling, when it never went away I ended up spending another 20k here on “fixing” it with a reverse tummy tuck where I was told he would pull the top of my stomach up to get rid of the bulge and indentation and make my stomach flat. I also had arm lipo and lipo to my flanks and a bbl. I ended up getting an infection in my hip from the fat transfer to my hip and I now have abscesses that feel like 3-4 small balls on my hips and they have been there for 6 months now. When I told the Dr, he said I can have them drained but if they’re not hurting me, just leave it. That it happens sometimes in the healing process. 3rd thing, the stomach.. you know, the stomach that I wanted flat on top? Yeah, well it’s not it’s the same if not worse. The arms… they look the same. So now that 6 months have passed by I make a follow up appointment and i specifically ask to see the Dr for my appointment. What do they do? Put me with a nurse or I don’t even know what her job title is but it’s not the Dr, that’s all I know. She takes pictures of my complaint areas, this was 2/13/2025 tells me the Dr will call me back once he reviews the pictures and notes… People when I tell you I have called that office probably 7-10 times since then trying to see what the resolution is to this, I’m not kidding you. I wish I was. They are so dismissive and rushed and sometimes even slam the phone down on me, the communication is inconsistent.Ive had it, I’m about ready to file a formal complaint because the damage done to my body with the new insecurities that it has caused and the unethical treatment and behavior from staff is unacceptable. I sent messages in the portal and Jessica responded asking if I can meet with the Dr virtually at 3:00 PM, I said yes. I had to make arrangements for someone to pick my child up from school just so I can finally catch this DR & I knew I’d need privacy and to show him my body on a FaceTime call so I stayed home eating for the call. 3:15 comes around, they message me saying he’s behind a few minutes, 3:45 comes around still nothing. They message me later that evening asking if he can do the virtual call the following day at 1:00 and I responded that I couldn’t because I run my own business and have appointments scheduled for that time and honestly unlike them, I keep them.I have not had a response since. So I think at this point it’s safe to say I’m getting the run around. He’s not going to do anything to fix this and I’m sure somebody will respond to this comment with an AI generated apology saying “please let us know how we can fix this” like they have done to others reviewing their negligence, but its all BS.
I got my breast augmentation 3 days ago, and I am so thrilled I chose Dr. Horn and his team! Jaz was my patient coordinator she was knowledgeable, patient, and very nice to me during my consultation. She made everything very comfortable and simple! The process leading up to my surgery was so smooth and efficient as well. Dr. Horn, Nurse Barbra, and the whole team were incredibly professional and kind to me the day of surgery I had zero anxiety at all! Highly recommend getting your boobs with Dr. Horn, you’re in great hands. Thank you so much again, obsessed with my results so far can’t wait to see them fully healed!!
after living with my last set of implants for a year, i decided to go back for an exchange; my implants became underwhelming to me as they always appeared flat with minimal cleavage. i thought i needed more volume to create that round augmented look, but immediately after surgery i knew i had made a mistake. my implants looked the exact same, just bigger. after meeting with dr horn several times post op & continuously being told that i was just swollen i decided to consult with another surgeon; it was here i learned that i had symmastia, & after showing him my pre op photos i was told that i had it with my smaller set. i then proceeded to consult with 5 more surgeons & they ALL said the same thing; significant symmastia, prior symmastia that could NOT have been missed, especially on the OR table. all want upwards of 15k to downsize, add mesh reinforcement, & repair. All advised the easiest way to repair symmastia if i want to successfully have breast implants is to remove them, let my body heal, & re implant in the future if I choose to do so. Guess how much this costs? Almost 10k. Both of my options cost almost double to triple what I originally paid for a breast augmentation. One surgeon said “I’m sorry, but this is terrible. I don’t know how anybody could look at this and find this acceptable” I would compare my experience with this center as those ‘chop shops’ you always hear about in plastic surgery, especially after meeting with other doctors & getting to experience how one who just paid thousands for a surgery should be treated. Can you get a nice result? Yes of course, hundreds of woman have. But what happens when you’re one of the unlucky ones? You get brushed off, dismissed, & all accountability is avoided. I reached out to dr horns team over a week ago explaining my problems, reasoning for requesting a refund for the second botched surgery (WITH one of the other doctor’s medical notes) so that i could then put it towards the 10k surgery I have to have because of him, & haven’t heard back since. I was first offered to come in & talk about having a revision from the doctor; why would that ever be an option? I am not saying i deserve a refund for the first surgery, mistakes happen, but moving forward with placing a larger implant and NOT explaining or revising what was actually wrong with me is out right negligent. Could they say Dr Horn was unaware that i had symmastia? Sure, maybe if I didn’t do my due diligence of following up with SIX other board certified plastic surgeons that had no problem identifying, educating, & offering a whole treatment plan. I don’t know what’s scarier, dr horn purposefully avoiding speaking up about my obvious symmastia, or dr horn ACTUALLY being unaware of what symmastia is & worsening what’s already one of the most difficult breast revisions out there. My chest is absolutely ruined. My skin has detached so far off of my sternum that i’m in constant pain & I cannot wear any low cut tops or tight tops because you can see the entire outline of a uniboob. Not only is it connected at the top, but it’s webbed at the bottom. After explanting I will be $21,000 in on breast surgeries. if you’re searching for a surgeon to perform your BA, yes dr horn is going to be one of the top search results & the cost is going to be significantly lower than what you would pay by going to another local plastic surgeon. But unless you want to roll the dice with being botched & left to pay 2-3x more at a later time to revise with no solution from his team or him, being made to feel as if you’re a nuisance or annoying because you’re rightfully angry about something that could have been avoided, i would suggest scheduling 1 or 2 more consults before making a decision, just in case. I wish I would have met with the doctors I’ve recently met with BEFORE my second surgery; I would have saved myself a lot of trouble, money, and headache. They truly cared to listen to my concerns, educate me as much as possible, & didn’t just tell me I was swollen and to come back in 6 months if i’m still unhappy.
I got my Breast augmentation and lift 3 days ago and everyone was so nice and welcoming . I love talking to the nurse Barbara she was so sweet to me and I love my results and size. They came out perfect. Healing is not at all bad as I thought it would be I was at the mall the very next day lol . Thanks Dr.Horn and everyone this is something I dreamed of doing for over 20 years now and I’m so happy I finally did this for myself .
