Peachy Studio Chicago is awesome. When they say first impressions are everything Haley Nicole who is your first impression kills it as she is friendly, warm and kind. My RN was Christina and she is EXCELLENT as she was so knowledgeable, patient and a great bedside demeanor. She took pictures and her Al generated program showed the areas that needed more work than others. She took the time to explain everything fully and she has such a great touch. Not a single bruise, welt or a mark left. She managed my expectations and made me feel so comfortable. If I need any adjustments after 2 weeks anything additional is included with no additional charges I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. 10 Stars I will definitely go back. First impressions are everything. Walking in the door, I felt welcomed immediately. The set-up of the office was bright with a lot of windows. I really liked the pre-treatment pictures. Before and after are always important, especially over time. I met my Christina, who took care of me. We talked about what my concerns were and what we could do to make me feel better when I looked in the mirror. I never once felt rushed and she was extremely clear about what would be the best options without trying to sell more than what I went in for. I will definitely return when I need to. Kristina is so great w the injections, I hardly feel them! The price is great, especially if you need a lot like me :) and they are generous with the touch up appointment as well, unlimited units! Sad to give this review, but I was extremely satisfied with my first visit. My second treatment I didn't get the results I desired (I was told I was given the same units as first appointment, where I was completely frozen for almost 4 months.) I came in for a complimentary touch up which I appreciated, but the injector disregarded my questions as to what to expect. I never frozen. It's already depressing getting older and it stinks when you're expecting a certain result and getting lied to. Update: Peachy has excellent customer service and I appreciate it! This issue has been resolved.
