I've had massages better at the Mall fully dressed by Chinese. Will never go back. Not to mention, I purchased four massages and scheduled the appointments one month in advance as Christmas gifts; to have staff call me, the night before to cancel appointments, because two of their staff members missed their flight. Very humiliating to call family members less than 24 hours to cancel massages they was looking forward to. Receptionist had the demeanor to care less. Organization knows nothing about customer satisfaction.

Went there for couples massage. It was 45 minutes, although indicated as 60 minutes. The lady was totally unprofessional masseuse. She did not do swedish massage, she was just rubbing oils in my skin. I told her that she does not apply any pressure, it was not medium strength massage, then she started applying pressure. But I believe she does not know her job, so when I left the salon, I felt that she hurt the shoulder. Now I need another massage from somewhere else.

I had an ok experience at SpaForever, this was my second time there and it has always been the same, both times the person at the front desk was very rude. My boyfriend and I got there right on time for our appointment, she didn't greet us, but in an upset way she told us the massage had to finish exactly in 1 hour. Then she gave us some forms to fill out and when my boyfriend commented to me "we should have the papers on file if we had been here before", while on the phone, she gave her explanation in a defensive and rude manner. If it weren't for the massage being really good, she would have cost the massager's their tip. They had their second chance and I don't think we are going back.

If -1 was an option for a Star I’d select that but 1 one star because my boyfriend went through the trouble of surprising me with a massage & the lady who did my massage was professional and nice. Otherwise from the moment we arrived it was beyond obvious we were not wanted there. I felt uncomfortable & unwelcomed. If it was just me I would have gotten my money back & walked out not even bothered with the rubbish. However my boyfriend wanted to surprise me with this couple massage so I played nice and went along with it although the bad customer service, smart remarks were bothering my core. It was obvious Susan didn’t want us there & was bothered my boyfriend’s many questions although this was new to him. She would make smart comments in response to his questions. It doesn’t matter what you say it’s HOW you say it that makes a difference. It also makes a big difference on how you treat others. My advice to this place is to treat others how you’d want to be treated. Not based on how they look. If you value great customer service, & want a good massage, Don’t waste your time or money here! 100% Disappointed. Waste of time and money! You’re welcome!

Massage was actually fine. But I purchased a hot-stone aromatherapy massage through Groupon and was booked incorrectly for a Swedish massage instead. Was offered $20 off next visit, but that's not even as much as the difference in cost of the two types (as I looked up later to find out). Probably won't go back to use the $20. Would have appreciated a confirmation of the type of appointment before beginning. Also had a TICKING clock in the massage room. Not relaxing.
