Viktoria Spa

Viktoria is the absolute best ever! I would 100% recommend all of her services to anyone. She is so so so kind and personal. Her products are so high quality. Her spa center is THE BEST I have ever been to. Everything about my experience was so peaceful a well thought out, Viktoria is so seasoned and knowledgeable about what she is doing. My skin never felt better after I left. All of her treatments work so well long term. I love this place so much and I can’t wait to come back!

I love Viktoria Spa! I’ve been coming for a Brazilian wax about 4-5 months now and have really enjoyed my experience! Now obviously getting waxed isn’t the most comfy thing, but each time Viktoria has made me feel at ease and kept the conversation going to distract me from the harder moments, lol. The space is clean and beautifully designed. Payment is easy using Zelle or Venmo. Scheduling is a breeze with the online system, and the ability to text her directly for rescheduling. I know there are so many other services she offers as well, which I hope to try someday once the budget allows ;)

The spa was very clean and serene really a nice place, the service for waxing was quick, pain free as possible i was very satisfied . Reason I’m giving 2 stars because of how my phone call was managed the Division and Western Ave was closed due to a street part/ carnival on my appointment date. So I was around the area already but I have to reroute I called to inform the spa on the closure of the main streets but I will be coming in few mins before my appointment time. I was literally around the hospital side street but the lady was rude and wasn’t friendly nor accommodating about the situation. Funny that they were not even aware of the street closure, this plus another phone call to book my appointment it was poor customer service call experience.. This wasn’t something I expected is it because I got a coupon for a service and they have to be rude on a call. Not par to my expectations!

Viktoria was amazing!!! She was so fast, clean, and thorough. I will absolutely be back. I've been to MANY wax places and she was by far top 3

This place is the best Hydrofacial I’ve ever had. Viktoria Is amazing and she really know what she’s doing. Very genuine and helpful. My skin is already better and I’m looking forward to my next visit!!!
