I happened to call when a cancellation had just opened up and was able to be seen in just a few short days. From the moment walked into the office until the very end after rescheduling, I couldn't believe the care. I was in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes, I didn't even have time to find my place in my book I had brought expecting to sit for awhile. I saw Kathy who was extremely friendly, efficient, and had a fantastic bedside manner. I felt very comfortable with her nurse and during my interactions with both staff it felt like we were old friends. I would highly recommend this office based on my first experience!

Very pleased with experience. Biopsy prep was painless, felt nothing, over in 30 seconds. No pain after the procedure, just instructions to change bandage every day. All staff very professional, polite and patient for a nervous old man.

For the love of God! Retrofit your doors so people with limited mobility can get into your office easier. You’re printing money. You should have this small benefit for your elderly patients ant the people who care for them. Shame on you for not being fully thoughtful of your patients’ limitations. And you better be prepared to pay up otherwise they will loudly shame you about being sent to collections.Then when we went to make a follow up appointment to have stitches removed we were greeted by an angry front desk person who said angrily said “your back again!” I honestly am looking forward to seeking better quality and more caring dermatology services

Outstanding practice. Very prompt with making the appointment time. Answers any questions you may have. The office staff is wonderful. 5 stars are absolutely legitimately deserved in my opinion and experience.

May 15 Dr. Nicole Cote removed some squamous cells from my leg. At each follow-up I was told it was healing. After 3 months I left there and went to the Northwestern Medicine Wound Center in Huntley. It seems that it didn’t heal because Dr. Cote left 2 stitches in the incision! I have had major surgery that healed quicker than 3 months! The doctor at the wound center removed the stitches & after 3 weeks of collagen treatment at the wound center, it is healed. Dr Cote didn’t use collagen at all. NEVER AGAIN.
