Excellent service and the spa is very clean. My laser hair removal session was painless and quick. Lorraine has the magic touch!! She is the best at explaining how procedures work and is caring for her clients. Highly recommended her. Also, she’s done my face a couple of times and every time I’m obsessed with the results. Began my laser hair removal process about a week ago and I thought Lorraine deserved a review. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She made sure my experience was comfortable and continued to ask how I felt during the process. If things were a bit uncomfortable, she adjusted to ensure it wasn’t. I also have not had any side effects from the first treatment, hoping it remains that way. I also caught a sale so it was very affordable! I look forward to the rest of my sessions/my laser hair removal journey.
