Very pleased with the staff here! Christine and Dr. Elizabeth took great care of me. I was also pleased that this office didn’t seem like one of those high pressure, expensive product sales places. I will return!😊

This is a great group of Dermatologist. I have been coming here about two years. I am so glad they took a pre cancerous growth from my chest and my face. It must have been the 13 years I lived in Sunny Southern California .They have also worked with me on my stubborn scalp. Always a pleasure to visit them. They are a friendly group. I like them. My experience with Dr. Russeau in the Gurnee office is outstanding! She is professional and caring. My experience in the Deerfield office for cosmetic services was the most money I've ever spent for the worst experience I've I ever had. I signed up to receive 6 laser treatments. I had three different estheticians with different styles and levels of care. There were numerous changed and cancelled appointments due to staffing issues. With no instruction and no continuity of care, the treatments were not beneficial. I was told that I could receive two additional treatments free of charge but it wasn't noted in my chart and because of the revolving door I was refused.

I was very happy to get an appointment the same day. The appointment scheduler was so helpful and friendly and Candace was excellent. I’ve been going to Deerfield Dermatology for over 30 years and have always felt very well taken care of.

The Ma and NP were awesome. Friendly, and professional. They were on time and attentive to my issues. Thank you!
