Just had a visit here today and all I have to say is they really do make you feel like family! From the moment I walked in, Addy welcomed me and made me feel comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable on the services they provide. I was extremely nervous coming in as I have never had anything done but as soon as I was taken back, I had all of my questions answered by Angelika. She took the time to explain everything and answered all of my questions (and I definitely had a lot). I was walked through the procedure and whole process and felt prepared. These girls really made a rather nerve wracking experience into a rather pleasant one. I look forward to my future visits.

Loved their ear piercing with Elsa event! My seven year old has been wanting to get her ears pierced for months but was so scared. But it was well worth the wait! Stefanie was patient with her and did an amazing job! Not only was Elsa there as a distraction but they even had a cute hot chocolate bar and goodies for the kids. So happy we went to express med spa for my little girls ear piercing! Now I just need to get back there to do something for myself 😊

Love seeing Val for both my tox and lips! She always does such an amazing job, makes me feel comfortable, and makes my experience completely painless. Also, shoutout to Tina, the event coordinator, who recommended her to me. Tina is extremely knowledgable and is your go-to for events and tox parties! Her hard work and dedication doesn’t go unnoticed, she always does an incredible job.

After seen Valerie few times in the last two weeks I can say that cares so much about pleasing her clients and goes above and beyond any expectation one might have. Her passion is clearly obvious and the products she uses are top of the line. She explained the procedure step by step and answered all and any questions that I had. The whole time she was making sure that I am comfortable. Also she is funny and has a great personality. Deffinitly will be going there again. Highly recommended!
