I feel like I found a home with Dr. Melvani and have been searching for someone that I felt comfortable with the office,staff and doctor. I also was not left to feel like I was getting rushed out and he was very interested in what I had to say nd what my needs are. Thank you doctor and staff. Can't wait for my followup.

Impossible to get in touch with anyone over the phone. I have an EOB that says I owe $10 for this visit yet I was charged $500 and no one will get back to me on a refund.

Had a great experience with their team. Everyone was helpful, fast, efficient and friendly. Went in with a mole concern and they were able to review and resolve with removal. The removal was fast and with minimal discomfort. Waiting on biopsy results but overall very satisfied! I would recommend them and plan on returning if any future needs arise that merit a visit.

Having skin issues can be very challenging, not to mention depressing. However, I have had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Traci, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have found such a genuine healthcare professional. She truly exemplifies the qualities one hopes for in a doctor, and I am more than pleased to share my positive experience. She is remarkable to say the least. She understood my concerns and continues to help me battle those issues. Before her, I had seen several other doctors, but none of them actually took the time to listen to me. I was just another paying client that they smacked a band aid on instead of actually helping me find a solution. If you're struggling to find a doctor who will be empathetic to your concerns, this is the office for you. They also provide accommodating hours and their staff is wonderful too.

Dr. O’Donoghue is my only go-to for dermatology, and has been for over 12 years. He’s always kind, thorough, and able to put me at ease. As someone who is fair skinned, freckled and was always sunburned in my youth, skin cancer terrifies me. Many years later, my skin is showing the damage (so wear sunscreen always!) that cannot be undone. It’s my job (which I don’t always do well) is to stay consistent with my checkups. Dr. O will always be my dermatologist!!
