Fantastic place and fantastic team. My daughter have been struggling with acne for many years and we seeked help in many professional places, but never saw much of an improvement. Until we came to DD. My daughter's skin looks beautiful after only 3 months of topical treatments! Thank you Dr. Paige and the team!

Was told they accept my insurance, and after giving them all of my information and attempting to schedule an appointment they said they won't take it. Then after attempting to just make an appointment as self pay they said they don't accept that either?. I've never heard of a healthcare facility turning someone down who had no problem paying out of their pocket before. I wouldn't bother contacting this place. Sounds like an insurance scam to me.

Unhappy with the office service here. I called in either February or March of 2024 to make an appointment. Was told their next availability wasn’t until December 2024. Okay.. so I booked it. About 2 weeks before my appointment I get a call and told the doctor will be on vacation during my appointment and I need to reschedule. Even though I had already waited nearly 8 months. I said okay and let them know I have new health insurance told them what it was. Receptionists said okay and she would call me back. Get another call in December giving me new appointment information for January 2025 (OVER A YEAR WAIT FOR A DERMATOLOGIST). I asked if they verified my insurance and she said NO. That they don’t verify insurance and that it was my duty to do so. Wasted a whole year waiting to have a lump in my neck checked. I guess they don’t accept BCBS and they aren’t interested in new patients.

Great place with knowledgeable staff. They make you feel comfortable and have little wait time for appointment and biopsy report.
