After today, I will no longer go back to this place. I had labs drawn over a week ago and still no one has called me with the results. I had to go to a walk in yesterday for seperate reason and they were able to see my results no problem. I called Milan Medical back and they said the doctor still hadn't reviewed my labs and would be out all week. So I was supposed to wait 2 weeks for the results and however much longer for my prescription. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS and UNACCEPTABLE!!!
I have been seeing Susan for over a year now and she is wonderful. Now recently I had to see another doc jen downstairs she is very unprofessional can’t even get a word in just tells ya what to do. Over talking you then accusing me of arguing with her. The part that really pissed me off was when she accused me of being on meth or cocaine! just because I have acne. Very unprofessional… been coming here for 15+ years but may switch after that! Just wow!!!!! She should not be in practice!
I have been a new patient there for a couple months now and wow that is all I can’t saw. No one likes to return your calls back when you leaves voicemail and you continue to have to keep calling to get someone to call you back about questions. Sometime when you call you either get someone very nice on the phone or someone super rude. They arent quick about getting back about your refills or if your doctors tells you to call in and let your doctor know you need the dosage upped you never get a call back and have to continue to call in. It is very said because the doctor I go to is amazing but the staff there not so much !!!! I find it very unprofessional it takes forever for them to call u back with your medicine. I am sorry you should be doing that to patients when they have to take these medication everyday and u don’t want to call them back or answer about refills
If you are coming to this location to see Kate Stamer, please note that this location is also an urgent care and you will be sitting next to unwell patients in the waiting room. The receptionists here are ill-equipped to help with mental health patients. I called and left 3 messages for a routine medication refill and after the 4th day, the receptionist hung up on me and refused to take my call until I called on a different phone. Kate is a good doctor but consistently has delays in care with medication refills.
We have been attempting to get my daughter's medication refilled for a week. Her provider, Kate Stamer, just moved here and it was the worst decision for her patients. The fact that you can't even speak to a human is unprofessional in every way. Management should have established a much better procedure for Kate's former patients to get their medication. I have never heard good things about this business. And everything we have gone through in the last week only confirms all the rumors.
