I’ve been going to Maya for Botox for years, and she is truly the best! She always gives me the most natural results—never overdone, just perfectly refreshed. The process is completely painless and seamless every time. What I love most is that she’s honest; if I come in with a wild idea, she’s not afraid to tell me no, and I always appreciate her expertise. I trust her completely and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Maya is truly the best nurse injector out there. She focuses heavily on facial balancing and natural outcomes and always talks through anything she is doing in order to make me feel the most comfortable. Office personnel very professional and friendly. Doctor Barsky was very thorough and very helpful as was her assistant. She gave me instructions on how to take care of the procedure she did for me and wanted to follow up with me in a couple of months. I have been going to her for many years and have been very happy.

I had a small procedure done in March 2024 with Dr. Lahti (he was exceptional!). I was paying my bill monthly with Dermatology Partners of North Shore. I called the office when I did not receive a text for my bill for the next month. They told me I was done paying off my bill. Surprise! 5 months later they sent me another bill for $550.00. I talk to very nice lady Amy at the office who connected me to the Rude, Unprofessional Billing Manager Abby! She made excuses of why I did not receive it earlier. Abby was not a organized person she just kept telling me I owe the money.. Abby ruined a good relationship I had with Dr. Lahti

Everyone is incredibly nice. It was so easy to check in. I waited less than five minutes. I actually saw a nurse practitioner who took one look at my sister acne and said you want the shots and I’m like yes please. She was so nice and understanding and I’m completely healed. I’m going to follow up in six weeks. I’m coming here for many years and I really enjoy the service that they provide.
