I was seen by NP Lena, who conducted a thorough body scan. She was professional, friendly, helpful, and unrushed. All the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Our family has been served by this practice for about 25 years and all of our experiences have been excellent. We highly recommend them.

Kim McCoy is the very best and has created a professional, friendly, clean and safe environment for new and old patients. She and the staff she leads are competent, knowledgeable and very experienced. I travel to see Kim and her team!

Kim did my Botox and lip filler. She explained everything to me before and after treatment and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. During my treatment she made sure to communicate with me about what she was doing and reassured me by letting me see the process. Her work is impeccable and she is the best! I have very natural lips and the healing was just as she described. After my great experience, I recommended my sister to see her for volume loss under the eye. She took care of her so well and did an amazing job on her PRP.

Yesterday was my second time seeing Kim McCoy,RN at the Northbrook office. She is very sweet and professional. Had my lips done for the first time last month and walked me though the whole process. Saw her again yesterday for another cosmetic service and received the same care! She follows up with you post treatment to see how you are doing and make sure you are satisfied with it. Will be coming back with her again!

Great annual check up yesterday. Easy and fast appointment making, close hdcp parking, and great care and service. I have been using IDI for several years, both in Indiana and in Northbrook and Skokie and have been very satisfied.
