Dr. Stenstrom

Dr. Stenstrom is an outstanding doctor! She is kind, compassionate and takes a great deal of time seeing that her procedures are done correctly. Her assistants are so friendly and willing to help, as well. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Stenstrom is very kind and relatable. She has helped my teenagers navigate their issues with compassion and education. Our appointments are scheduled promptly and refills are handled quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to see her or refer someone to see her. She is terrific and has a fabulous staff!

Love Dr. Stenstrom and staff! I have been a patient of hers for many years. So glad she has her own practice. Her bedside manner is top-notch and she always listens to your concerns and takes the time to address every question you may have. (And that’s a rare thing in today’s rush-rush world...especially for a Dr.) I highly recommend her for any dermatological and beauty needs!

I’ve like Dr Stenstrom when I see her; however, this rating has to do with an appointment that I just tried to get with their facility and it has a 1 star only because google wouldn’t allow me to leave a review with no stars. I have a rash on my legs that my doctor is unsure about and it is spreading so I was told to go to a dermatologist instead. No problem, I have one…or I did until today. When I called I was told that the last time I’d been at their office was in 2018 (August) and because it had been 3 years since my last appointment, I would be considered a new patient and new patients were being booked out into April 2022. It apparently didn’t matter that I had just missed it by a few months because that was “their policy”. It apparently also didn’t matter that I had just brought my son to their office for an appointment a little over 1 month ago and that their facility billed MY insurance for the visit but that doesn’t matter because it’s “on a person by person basis.” Apparently who’s responsible for paying the bill doesn’t matter. Thanks for your compassion and concern for your patients (dripping with sarcasm). My son and I will be looking for another dermatologist.

Dr. Stenstrom was very easy to become comfortable with and she was fantastic with my shy 11 year old son. She was able to relate to him through activities her own children are a part of and he settled right in. His skin check was ok and he will be visiting as needed. My check on the other hand had a mole Dr. Stenstrom didn't like, so she removed it and had it sent away for analysis. I heard from her office In Just a few days and learned that it was benign but abnormal. Dr. Stenstrom wanted to remove the remainder and the staff member that called me with this news was very friendly and able to answer all my questions. I was back in Dr. Stenstrom's office within a few days to the remove the remainder. She was very considerate of my active lifestyle when stitching the removal spot. I have gone to see her since and would recommend her to anyone.
