Good afternoon. I have been trying to contact your office since Thursday September 26th. I've left numerous messages on the voicemail, with as of today October 9th, no return calls. not only have I called, but my insurance carried (BCBS) has also tried calling, with again, no response. Your office turned in a bill to a collection agency for $67.56 on August 5th of 2024 from a office visit on October 17th, 2022. My insurance said that the bill from that date was paid. I'm confused as to why no one in your office has returned my many calls or the insurance carrier's calls to try to resolve this mater? I never recieved a bill from your office that I had a balance due. And now 2 years later I get a call from a collection agency. In total since September 26th, 2024 I've called about 8 times, the last 2 times being about 30 minutes ago, back to back calls, again getting the voicemail. I would certainly appreciate a call back to resolve this issue. Seems to be really poor business practice to not at LEAST take the time to call back. Seems really unprofessional. Thank you.
I went here and they did an amazing job fixing my acne, but for the last few MONTHS I have been calling to get a refill on my prescription I have gotten no answer. It is borderline impossible to make an appointment/ get ahold of these people. Save your time and go somewhere else.
I have been waiting since late February or early March for results on a mole I had removed. I called once and it was sent to VM, left a message and never heard back. Called again a few weeks ago and was told Dr would call back with results. Still waiting! Today I will harass til I get my results if I need to. No one should have to wait this long! There are rules and regulations and I’m positive if they’re ignoring my one result they must be doing even more that isn’t regulatory.
I have tried calling here several times and it is always a no answer or straight to voicemail. I just wanted to book an appointment! So much so that I told my doctor to send my refferal to another dermatology business that will actually answer.
AVOID THIS OFFICE. I had one appointment which was very rushed and I was told a prescription would be sent to my pharmacy. All seemed great until about a week later, I still hadn’t heard that my prescription was ready so I called the office. They said they would send it that day. Two weeks later, same thing happens. A month after my appointment, still nothing. I called more times than I can count and every time I was told they would handle it right away. I waited well over a MONTH AND A HALF for this prescription and I still don’t have it as I told them to forget it, today and that I would go elsewhere. TERRIBLE service and they only answer the phone half the time. I highly recommend you avoid Rockford Dermatology if at all possible!
