I really hate to leave this review because I love Dr.Dillon and all of his staff. I’ve had 3 surgeries with him over the last few years. However, I am very disappointed with my lipo 360. I look very botched. There is a defined dent going across my abdomen that divides it in half. I feel as if I look worse than before the surgery. It has made me insecure and I hate looking at myself in the mirror without clothes. I can not wear a bikini swimsuit or be intimate because of this. Not to mention, I have attempted to express my concerns with the coordinator and other staff members. However, I can not seem to get a call back or an email response. This is just very upsetting to me because of how much money i’ve spent and it feels as if i’m being ignored. For reference, I’m only 5’0 ft tall. Petite and thick. Never had a huge abdomen or anything. I’m not sure why the lipo 360 was not done correctly on me. I just really want it fixed!

****** UPDATE *^^^^^Here I go ya'll 4 months post op and I feel great!**** Dr. Dillion and his staff are amazing! My coordinator Elizabeth never dropped the ball once and made me feel like this could actually happen and it did. This was a long process for me I went from doctor to doctor paying deposit after deposit and never once going through with it for whatever reasons. But once I found Dr. Dillions office they made feel at ease and took great care of me. I would like to Thank the entire staff and most importantly Thank Dr. Dillion for changing my Life! I look and feel amazing and Im only 10 days post op😍

The moment I walked for the first consultation, I felt very comfortable with the information provided. Elizabeth was my coordinator, she is amazing to work with. She did everything she could to help me start this process. She was available 24/7 to answer all my questions and concerns. Mariah is very friendly and attentive, and her customer service skills are above and beyond. Always accommodating my appointments to my busy schedule! Dr. Dillon is amazing to work with, he is very honest and did a fantastic job! He is very professional and makes you feel safe during the entire process. I will definitely go back to him over and over. I love my results and I have no doubt I did the right thing to go with him! He is an amazing doctor and recommend him to anyone! Marina is amazing and wonderful to work with! I have not met anyone so dedicated and passionate about her career like her. She has been there guiding me and providing her advice and is always available to answer my questions. She is always following up to make sure everything is going well. She is very skilled, down to earth and truly cares about her patients. She has been available 24/7 to answer any concerns. She is the reason, I continue to go back! AMAZING nurse! I highly recommend Dr. Dillon and his staff!

The director Marina is the reason why the office of Paul Dillon is the best. She is a very skilled nurse who Ii trust with my care. She is responsive to communication and genuinely cares. Dr. Dillon is an exceptionally skilled doctor. I am happy with the work he does and I would recommend him to anyone. Give them a call and schedule a consultation, you will be pleasantly surprised with their great customer service.

I came to the clinic for the first time to get filler and botox injections. Marina, the nurse who injected me was very knowledgeable and considerate of the look that I wanted. She was able to achieve what I wanted (more than I expected) and I'm very satisfied. Marina's bedside manner is wonderful each time I visit with her. I highly recommend the clinic for its professionalism and its welcoming customer service.
