Always a great experience from beginning to end!!! I love Dr. Jenna Raju and her staff. They are so down to earth and very effective so I travel up to an hour to see them depending on which office I go to. Highly recommended!!!

Dr. Jenna and her crew are absolutely AMAZING! My 12 year old son had to have a growth removed from his arm, from scheduling, to the nurses, to the procedure, and recovery, they were wonderful. They made my son feel comfortable and talked to him in terms he could understand. We would recommend Dermatology Specialists of Illinois to anyone who asked, and already have! And now I've had my own procedures done with Dr. Jenna, she was just as wonderful with me as she was with my son! The entire staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable, i will not go anywhere else!

Can't say enough about the Support Staff and Doctors. Everyone from the front desk to the exam rooms could not be more professional and caring. We moved from Illinois to another state and will always be willing to make the drive.

Dr. Khanna is an incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate and top-notch dermatologist that me and my family have the pleasure of being treated by him for over 15 years. I’m a melanoma patient survivor thanks to Dr. Khanna’s expertise. His entire staff of PA’s, nurses and front desk make you feel relaxed and confident you are in the best hands possible.

Amazing experience from the phone conversation to set up an appointment to my arrival. Carissa at the front desk was very accommodating and pleasant as was Olivia, the medical assistant who showed me back to the exam room and went over details of my reason for visit. When? Jenna came in for my exam, consultation, and procedure.. She was very knowledgeable, thorough, and a very good listener. She explained what was going on and options and exactly what she was going to do and what I could expect. Not just during the procedure but in the days following. At my age, upper '60s, I assure you I have been through my share of doctor's appointments, emergency rooms, and surgeries. I was very impressed start to finish with the professionalism ,courtesy, and respect of the entire staff. Excellent job Dr. Vick at choosing your staff and obviously training them very well on how to treat your patients. You are all absolutely a credit to your profession!
