Super friendly. Quick and easy. No hassle from being a new patient. Filled out paper work, got a few UV spots froze off and was back at work in less than 30 minutes.

Dr Mallori is thorough and personable. She presents herself very professional and efficient. In my personal experience, she stays pretty close to scheduled appointment times and conducts her exams in a timely manner. She has made me a comfortable patient at every visit.

The staff was amazing. I had to take my two littles with me, which can be stressful on its own, but the staff was extremely friendly. The appointment was quick, and efficient. Dr. Mallori explained everything and is overall wonderful!

The office is only open 2 days per week and the automated scheduling service is trash. When you finally get someone on the phone, they are located in Minnesota, rude and not remotely helpful. They require you to make multiple appointments for things that could be done in one session. I guess milking the insurance company is standard procedure for this place. For God's sake, bring back customer service.

I give this office a 5 because they were great. The staff was very friendly and efficient, treating me with the upmost respect. I was in and out of there before my actual appointment time. I saw the PA and she was so nice, she listened to all of my concerns and went over eveey concern I had. She never rushed me at all. I was very happy with this entire experience.
