Boling Vision Center - Elkhart Office

This facility and staff are remarkable. Everything was clean, up kept and strategically oriented in a way that suits visual aesthetics as well as functionality and a feeling of comfort without being too flaunty. Highly recommend the Elkhart location. Dr. Walker is an amazing opthalmologist and very passionate as well as knowledgeable about what he does.

Loved everything about our visit!! Loved the vibe of the office. Everyone seemed very laid back/chill but still professional!! Dr. Egan was super nice and we felt very comfortable with him! I loved how he listened to my daughter and made her feel very involved. Also alol of the girls that helped us during our visit were very sweet and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend!

Wow! What an AMAZING and informative experience we had with Dr. Whitney Boling, Angela, Janette, and Noel today at the Elkhart campus! All of the staff were very pleasant and went up and beyond the normal expectations of normal customer service! Dr. Boling worked my mother in for a last minute appointment and gave her a new lease and hope on life! Thank-you! God Bless!

After being totally dissatisfied with my service from Boling center will use them again and so will my husband Dr. Egan did my exam set my eyes and got better. Give me a trial contacts which I could not see out of that left me with no contacts at all I had to call and desperately get some contacts so I could see Then I went back to my prior prescription and explains and paid for contacts which I’m still waiting on a refund that this has been since November of this year they still owe me $160 terribly terribly dissatisfied. The lady who initially saw me was very nice the young girl, however, the contact assistant Very confrontational I had to bite my lips, especially with my name being Karen I didn’t wanna be a Karen but I felt like I got nowhere. Made an Appointment with a new optician at the beginning of the year since I’ve used this year services to no avail at Boling center I will keep you posted on what they find out right now. I’m still using my prescription from two years ago and I see perfectly but not with their ones Dr. Kevin Egan gave Terrible terrible service can I say? Rhonda who is the team executive assistance for Customer service reached out to me the other day we had a nice conversation she more than made me satisfied so I’m changing my review to a five been in Customer service over 40 years. This lady who’s been in Customer service over 12 is what Customer service is all about. She made edit sure that I was taken care of both financially and with contacts and because of this, I will resume going there however I will go back to my original doctor Sorensonand that is noted on my chart and I just want to say Boling Vision team. Rhonda is amazing. definitely deserves a raise. Thank you Rhonda from the bottom of my heart.💜 5 stars for sure

Kevin Eagan OD does a great job. Very thorough. Pleasant and efficient front desk staff for checking in and checking out. His assistant/scribe was great as well. Seamless integration with ocular/lens department on-site. Very good overall experience as it has been consistently (have been a client/patient since 2007)
