Redefine Aesthetics

I won't be back. Sign-up was easy, confirmation emails and texts were all excellent, and my teeth are many shades whiter. Sadly it's all down hill from there. Overall customer service was horrible. When I showed up for my teeth whitening appointment, they weren't expecting me and seemed surprised I was there. They either forgot about or didn't remember my appointment, even though I received six separate emails from them after signing up, five separate text messages, and they accepted the $25 deposit I paid. Had she said, "We are so sorry - it's our fault - we will accommodate you right away!", this review would be different. But that's not wat happened. Molly tried moving me to another day! After refusing, she then tells me that maybe I can come back later on the same day? NO! I'll point out that nobody else was in the shop, no other customers were present, I was the only customer there. She gets on the phone and calls someone (owner?) and after a while they decide they're going to treat me after all, but it might "take a while" because she has to bring up the equipment needed. She then brings up the "travel chair", and although Molly was professional, there was no warm or friendly vibe at all. I felt like I was an inconvenience for her the entire time I was there. The treatment went fine, no pain at all. In the end, she took $20 off the bill and said to me she doesn't expect a tip for my trouble. I appreciated that, but it was still horrible service. I won't be recommending this place to anyone and I won't be going back.

I went to Ann Healy for the teeth whitening treatment and holy moly it’s so worth it. She color matches your teeth to a swatch and takes a before picture, does the treatment (very clean, professional, and cozy atmosphere), and then color matches you to a swatch when the treatment is finished to show how many shades whiter your teeth are. She then takes a after picture and will send it to you so you can see the difference. I was not disappointed! I had stains from coffee and wine and spots from when I had braces and my teeth look so much better!

I couldn’t be more happy with my microblading experience with Ann! She was so meticulous in the mapping process and it was well worth it- they turned out better than I could have imagined! I’m 3 months in and they look just as good as when they were freshly done. Ann has also whitened my teeth and that experience was just as amazing. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for these services :)

I had my eyebrows done last November, and they still look wonderful! Love how clean and Quaint the shop is, I would recommend!! Four members of our family also use their service to whiten teeth and my 19 yr old grandsons level improve by 5+, he was amazed!
