I went to have wart removed and mole. The wart grew back even bigger and the mole left a red spot. Then I had steroid injection on red spot and it did nothing. Lots of money later , I went back to get wart removed again and when I arrived they said I was 30 minutes late and needed to reschedule. I had 1:30 pm down and they had 1 pm. I have never gotten an appointment wrong before. The lady at the front insisted it was my fault and rolled her eyes at me. Enough said- I am finding a new dermatologist.

Waited almost an hour to be seen. I went up to the desk to see what was taking so long. The gal went back to check with HIPAA information laying out including the woman's picture and surgical procedure. She came out and said it would be a few minutes. Waited another 8 minutes and decided to leave. This was my first time at this office. I won't be back.

Dr. Hanke helped me when I needed quick intervention due to a facial filler gone wrong (at another facility). He literally saved my face and prevented me from having permanent scarring. He went above and beyond to give me the absolute best treatment and I will be forever grateful to him. I will refer everyone to him if they are in need of a master of dermatology.

My appointment was at 9am. I was back in a room by 9:05. My Mohs surgery was explained to me in detail. All the nursing staff and Dr. Hanke were very nice and informative, explaining everything that was being done with each step.

So will never come back to this place. My husband had a procedure done almost 2 years ago, they have called us and now sent a certified letter to us, asking the same stuff I've told them over the phone. It was treated at the time he was in there and we go to a different dermatologist office. Cant get and clearer but get this when they sent my husband the results they wrote it up on the wrong arm, seriously you cant even write up the diagnosis on the correct arm, so no wonder they cant read the chart from the doctor that said it was TREATED. NOT COMING BACK TO YOU ALL. Move on.
