Fundamentals Med Spa

I have been a client of Amy’s for over 2 years now. I always feel like a princess after she does my facials. She is professional yet down to earth. I feel so relaxed and pampered when I leave. My skin has never looked so good!!!

I LOVE Amy. She is fabulous and does such a wonderful job counseling me on how to improve my skin. She suggests products and treatments which I feel are tailored to my needs and my skin without making me feel like she is just selling products — I trust her recommendations and have been pleased with the results. She is also very personable and fun. I look forward to seeing her always and appreciate how pampered and beautiful I feel every time I’m in! This is definitely a gem and a huge asset to have in the city so I don’t have to go up to the north suburbs but can get the same quality downtown!

Amy is wonderful and is able to customize her recommendations and treatments to my skin needs. They are always keeping up on new data and training. They have a great loyalty program and it's very easy to book appointments with them. I recommend them to anyone that asks.

I encountered an issue that required assistance, so I reached out multiple times via phone and message. However, my calls went unanswered, and my messages were completely ignored. When I finally managed to get in touch, I was informed that I would not be reimbursed the $250 I was owed due to some fine print that I was never made aware of. It feels incredibly unfair and unprofessional, especially considering my long history with them as a client. It's disheartening to see a place I once trusted treat loyal customers this way. I expected better communication and customer service. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this spa to anyone looking for a reliable and respectful experience. Emily Logan

I'm so happy I came here! They just happened to have an opening for the next day when I needed it. Amy is absolutely AMAZING! She is super knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. I could tell she enjoys what she does and cares about her clients. Everyone I met in this office is friendly as well, and they offer tons of services. I would recommend checking them out!
