The Refinery MedSpa

Sarah (great name) did a great job and made me feel super comfortable during my visit. She is personable and very knowledgeable. The space itself is so CUTE and was super clean and nice. I am satisfied with my results and will be going back as well as recommending the Refinery to all my Indy friends!

This was my first experience with a lip flip! SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. I just wanted something very natural with a slight difference. I’ve been doing research for almost a year and once I found the refinery I read the reviews and had a lot of hope! The process was quick and efficient! Sarah answered any questions I had and made me feel extremely comfortable! I drove 3 hours to her specifically due to all the amazing reviews! Sarah did not disappoint!! Will be going again! And side not the environment is beautiful & so comfortable!!

Sarah was great! She makes you feel comfortable and makes the treatment as quick and easy as possible. I was so nervous but she took every precaution and was super careful! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

If you’re even THINKING about seeing Sarah, GO! She is literally so educated on her craft and makes sure you are too. She does my micro-needling and this is the first time I’ve had any cosmetic work done. I was nervous about doing this, but she eased all my worries and made sure I knew exactly what would be done. No pain, she’s quick, and makes sure you’re comfortable. On top of knowing her stuff, she is seriously the sweetest!

Sarah is a dream! I went to her looking for some boost in my cheeks and face. She went over my options and talked about all potential side effects. She was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She was also so kind! It seems rare nowadays to find someone who has people skills and is talented at their craft. Sarah’s knowledge of the face structure put me at ease.
