Had to have an emergency surgery due to a opened wound infection, Dr. Greathouse made me feel like I was a dirty person,and I'm not! After surgery it still didn't heal for 4 months, and I was told " I never would have operated on you cause your a smoker, but your surgery wasn't elective it was an emergency". Infection came back and instead of one opening, now there's 4. He will blame the patient if they are a smoker, for his failures in surgery. Poor and mean bedside manor. If your not a patient getting liposuction or a boob job, you mean nothing to him. Patient beware!

Dr. Greathouse performed surgery on my 84yr old mother. He was very pleasnt, thorough and took time to listen to everything my mom had to say. He put her mind at ease and she was much less anxious than when we arrived. The nurses are always super. I appreciate what you people do. Richmond is lucky you're here! Thank you

This doctor has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen. I was scheduled to have breast reduction surgery last December. I told Dr Guesthouse I have general anxiety, and he ignored me. The morning of the surgery, two different nurses stuck me a total of six times trying to get an IV in my hand. My anxiety went through the roof. A nurse went to get the doctor and when he came in he was extremely rude, couldn't understand why I was so anxious. When I told him I couldn't go through with the surgery, instead of maybe being nice, possibly coming up with a solution, he said are you kidding, and then just stood in the doorway staring at me. I had to ask him to leave so I could get dressed. Maybe he needs to read up on psychological issues his patients may have.

Dr. Greathouse got me in on short notice and into surgery quickly to repair the damage done from a previous surgeon. It has healed so well with very minimal scar and I could not be happier!

Do not go here for breast reduction, I had one two years ago and he left mine with no volume and took me from a dd to a b. No confidence and fell into a depression. Horrible mistake and then refused to listen when I asked for a revision. Doesn't care about you or your well being.
