This is the second time that we have been, and Stephanie was professional, thorough and because it was my husband who was getting moles removed it gave me such a sense of peace because of her demeanor and her manner. Even though she had to biopsy some of them, because after she looked at them, she realized that they had some cancer traits, I was not concerned because of the way that she carried herself. The staff is very friendly. I love my doctor. She explains everything to you what she’s gonna do or what she thinks you need to have done. Just a well place to be.

My sweet girl has always battled eczema. For the last few weeks she’s had the worse flare up she’s ever had. After a night of not being able to sleep, I caved and called University Dermatology Center of Richmond and they got us in the next day (first major win). Then, we walked in 10 minutes early, paperwork was ready to go, and they called us back exactly on time (second win). Our entire appointment was maybe 25 minutes tops, from being taken back to leaving. The assistant and physician were incredible. We left with a pretty comprehensive game plan and feeling like relief is within reach (third win). To be able to have a game plan within 24 hours of calling as a new patient was incredible. Definitely check them out if you’re in need of dermatology care!

Stephanie is the best. Always makes me feel comfortable and answers all my questions. She actually remembers you even if she only sees you once a year.

Grace did a wonderful job. I felt nothing and when I got home I kept waiting for it to hurt. It never did (I had a lump removed from behind my ear).
