My girlfriend had came here for a procedure in her armpit. The stitching was absolutely terrible. Here we are 5 months later, and the wound has not completely shut. After reading everyone’s reviews on here, and what great experiences they had, makes me question why their staff couldn’t provide the same kind of treatment to her. Kathleen should probably be questioned if she picks and chooses who she wants to provide proper care to based on their ethnic background. Looking at all of these reviews, it certainly seems like everyone that had “such great experiences” were mostly Caucasian. My advice to those seeking treatment, do your research for a facility that has staff that look beyond color.

had a cyst removal in my armpit by Holly Harris and assistant Kathleen in July 2024. i was super anxious for the procedure, kathleen numbed me which hurt but was expected i guess. but then holly performed the surgery and i informed them how it was hurting during and then was questioned “seriously? just doing that hurts?” which i didn’t appreciate, because it’s already nerve wrecking enough having to get a procedure and let alone speak up to the doctor to tell them what they are doing is uncomfortable. well then she removed the rest of it and finished up, then pretty much left the room and kathleen did my sutures like she was in such a hurry. the whole thing felt rushed but i was hoping i would just go home and heal and that would be the end of it and it would be no big deal like they were making it seem. but it ended up getting infected because the wound was not sewed together properly and just looked very sloppy. and it was very painful. thank god for NP Kristin for helping me through it and answering my questions and trying to fix something she didn’t cause. it’s mid october now and im still waiting for the wound to fully close up and heal. i will never go back to Dr Holly again or recommend her to anyone

Dr Holly Harris is the best surgeon covering dermatology issues in South Bend. I have multiple procedures each month and she is always caring, knows and interacts with me each time.

The Dermatology practice is super patient friendly. They always make me feel like I am the only patient they are seeing that day. I recently need an urgent appointment. When my usual provider was not available, another one stepped in to see me within days. A recent procedure was painless and efficient.

I have had numerous surgeries from this facility. I always was having inflamed wounds in the beginning. I was sent to Holly Harris‘s husband and was determined I’m allergic to lidocaine. Seven weeks ago I went for a MOHS procedure. I am still not healed. I feel there was absolutely no follow up and I had to go in on three different occasions. My wound was infected and very painful. It also opened. There was no sense of urgency and follow up. Just feel like a number. Received a call today to have my next surgery scheduled. They’re worried about when they can get people scheduled so they get paid. Once the procedures done your written off. Changing doctors due to lack of after care.
