Thank you Autumn. My appointment today was a real blessing. I was worried about the location of my problem (face) and you not only calmed my fears, but you were so nice about my jitters. I've found all of the staff are friendly, patient and very helpful. I have told several folks about B D. and the service you provide. Thanks again.

Amazing staff with an awesome Dr. He gets straight to the point and gets results in a timely manner to get you going. Also, he keeps a smile. I appreciate and love staff and Doctors who love their job. It shows greatly!

I wish I could give a zero star. But one star was the least. I am a patient at Biltmore dermatology. The Dr was great, service was good. Got an appointment when I needed it and everything went well until the past 5 months ago. I am utterly disappointed and just hate going there ever again due to the situation I was put in. So when I was there during the appointment I asked if there’s a copay- the front desk replied $60 and I paid it upfront. I have a very good insurance by the way! I asked if there was anything else that I needed to pay for. She replied- that is all. I was prescribed some meds to collect from the drug store and I bought them. Then I get bills home asking for the remaining amount. I went ahead and paid it. Later I get bills stating that I need to pay interest of $25 each month even after I paid the remaining balance. It’s been 5 months now and I have been getting post mails on paying the extra $25 each month and it amount to close to a $100. I called the office like a zillion times, left voice mails, left voice mails to the office manager- none of them have ever called back. They connected me to the billing department and they said they can’t do anything- despite me calling them since past 5 months. I never got a call back and now I do not wanna pay that interest amount since I have paid my balance already. It’s been so ridiculous that I have been hanging on this issue since November 2024; my visit to the doctor was in June or July of 2024. I asked the billing guy whom do I reach out to for this- they had no answer. I reached out to the office manager many times; absolutely no response in return. Left so many voice mails; left my number for a call back- no response. This is very unprofessional and shows greed for money when one office defers to the billing and the billing defers to the office manager . I need a call back and would appreciate if the issue is resolved at the earliest.

Amazing experience. Quick check in process, doctor right in. GREAT MUSIC in the rooms. Doctor saw me, diagnosed me, performed my procedure I was out in 30 minutes from appt time to getting back into my car. No one even notices I had work done, little scarring. Best doctors office I’ve ever been too!

Honestly love the place! I have always had problems with my psoriasis and everything that the provider recommend worked wonders! Also got some skin care products that I LOVE due to having very dry skin it was hard to find something that I would wash my face with but this skin better science is just amazing! 10/10 just over all amazing place!
