Randall Dermatology of Terre Haute

A few weeks ago was my first appointment and I will say that all of the staff there were so very nice. Stephanie I had her look at a couple of areas and she took the time to biopsy that same day. It was a painless procedure too. The office staff were also very nice.

Highly recommended! I had a few areas of concer on my face I was concerned about. I talked with Stephanie and discovered they were pre-cancerous. She treated them that same day and was so educational on my skin care going forward. My family lost our mother last year to cancer so make the appointments and let Randall Dermatology put your mind at ease. Im so glad I did! The entire staff are wonderful.

First time I've been there. The practitioner that saw me appeared to be in a rush and honestly did not care to listen to me about how miserable my hives are and essentially told me you may just be stuck with what's happening with the least amount of empathy or care in the world. I expressed how miserable I've been with my face and body swelling up and didn't even acknowledge. I also told them I had a spot under my right breast and ear that is concerning due to my grandfather's history of skin cancer. I even reminded the practitioner as she was walking out and she said she will just look at it in 6 weeks after I get blood work done. Didn't even take a second to look at it or ask how they are feeling. She was in and out within 3 minutes. I understand the rush but I didn't feel heard and honestly was a bother. I rarely get upset but I do not plan on coming back to my scheduled appointment and plan to cancel.

Do not go here! Will not help your conditions, argue with you about facts and terminate for no actual reason. I missed an appointment back in November of last year paid $25 miss fee even though it was an emergency with my disabled child why I missed. They have zero compassion or care and are money hungry! Now I've been terminated as a patient due to them messing up my next appointment. I was scheduled for November 8th of next month and they put me in as rescheduled for October of this week. After just recieving a text that I missed this appointment that I'm not made aware of they terminate me and claim I called to reschedule it but couldn't provide proof of this call after stating they keep everything on record. I never called and rescheduled this appointment due to getting married this month, wich was the whole reason it was for first week of November. I am very sick with an autoimmune disease that attacks my body and skin and now I'm left starting care over and waiting months for a new specialist because of these people when I didn't do anything wrong! They will be getting sued for male practice and wrongful termination!

Everyone at this office was very friendly and had smiles on their faces. The 2 that were in the room with me were very nice and made me feel comfortable during my procedure. I am glad my family doctor referred me to them. Thank you guys for making my visit a pleasant one. See you again soon.
