Collective Beauty Salon & Med Spa

What a wonderful salon/spa in the heart of downtown Westfield. Today I had an amazing 60 minute customized facial with Hannah. As soon as you enter the building, it smells so fresh and relaxing. Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted and treated right away. Hannah came and brought me back to her space where it was warm and relaxing. She was patient, knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and truly talented at what she does. She was willing to cater to whatever kind of facial experience I wanted. The products were fruity and some had some spice which elevated the entire regimen. Paired with a neck/shoulder/scalp massage- this facial is worth every penny. Hannah was inviting and personable. I will plan on future facials at Collective Beauty Salon and Spa (and have a hair appointment booked in two weeks!).

This is a hidden gem! The minute u enter the premises and the lift and arrive , u know your experience is going to be amazing. The glowing Adrianna was my masseuse. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. She made me feel comfortable and welcome. The place was sparkling, and they had tons of services. They gave me a tour of the place, and I had the pleasure of meeting the gracious owner. This place is a rare combination of a savvy owner, hospitable, and welcoming staff to a well-kept, up to date and trendy salon n spa! I already booked for next month, how about you!

I started searching for a new salon last November and am so happy to have found Collective Beauty. I've been seeing Hannah for my root touch-ups, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. She's not only incredibly skilled but also attentive and meticulous in her work. Finding a stylist you can trust with your hair can be a challenge, but with Hannah, I feel confident and taken care of every time. I highly recommend her and the team at Collective Beauty!

New to town and found Collective Beauty from my google search. Hannah had a lot of wonderful reviews so I decided to schedule an appointment. I am glad I did. She did a fantastic job with recommending services and walked me through every step. Hannah did a phenomenal job with my cut and color. I highly recommend her and Collective beauty. The ladies at the reception desk were also very kind. I told them it was my first time in the salon and they gave me a tour. It is a beautiful salon and spa.

I had a fantastic experience with Baylie! She was incredibly pleasant and kind, making me feel comfortable from the start. She did a wonderful job making recommendations for my hair, cutting, and styling, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The setting was relaxing, which made the whole experience even better. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great stylist!
