Extremely friendly staff! My whole visit went great and answered any questions I had with no rush whatsoever. Would recommend this office to everyone.

Wonderful experience! Exceptional bedside manner and extremely caring team of professionals. Dr. Tayebi and her team were very thorough and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. They even checked on my husband multiple times while he waited during my surgery.

Dr. Tabeyi is excellent. She is very skilled and knowledgable and performed a removal of my tumor in the first go. She is happy to answer my a questions and explains her procedure throughout. Mitzi, her attending nurse, is also excellent! She numbed me so I felt no pain during the surgery. She is a graduate civil engineer from Purdue, my Alma matre before training as a nurse. What more could I ask for! Both Mitzi and the Dr. made the procedure so enjoyable because of their personalities.

Dr. Tayebi and Rachel are the so sweet and so caring. I had such an amazing experience with them. We laughed and talked the entire time about all our personal experiences and stories. Taking the time out of your busy day and schedule to share and laugh with each other is something that lasts forever. Two young ladies that really showed me how special they are. Great job, and thank you for your time and friendship!

Everyone had smiles and made you feel comfortable. 😊 Except the receptionist. She was a little bit rude. The doctor and nurse were kind and efficient and took care of me in a quick but thorough time frame. I would definitely recommend Dr. Daze at Forefront in either Carmel or Westfield.
