Here is part of my experience. Almost every single person I had interaction with at this location over a couple months was awful. I was referred here by my primary care and the provider I saw at this office was an incredibly insensitive person. After looking at me for 1 minute she told me I had cancer, and when I reacted shocked she told me to relax because “it’s not like it’s melanoma ok?” Okay.. well reacting to being told you have cancer within a minute of meeting someone is a little scary. So she did take a biopsy and continued to be rude. After I got my results three weeks later, her rudeness continued. She again told me that my cancer wasn’t melanoma, I never even mentioned melanoma so idk why she keeps bringing it up. She told me i should not do surgery because i would have a quarter sized bullet wound on my forehead and it would be hideous. She told me that I would be going to her and asking for plastic surgery in a year. I explained my concerns with radiation and she didn’t care. I eventually did schedule surgery at the Kokomo location with Dr.Randall himself- he was wonderful. I went back to the Westfield location to have my sutures removed and I was talking with the medical assistant and she basically shut me down and told me I can talk to the doctor when he comes in- i get it, I need to speak with the provider. She told me the female provider I originally saw, is no longer at this location- great because I didn’t want to see her anyways. However the provider at this post op appt, who was a male, did not want to speak to me. He only wanted me to schedule an appointment with him in Lafayette for a laser treatment. He got an inch away from my face, asked where I lived and told me I need a laser treatment, and multiple treatments. I was confused and had questions to ask, but he wanted literally nothing to do with me. He told me to stand up and guided me out of the room and had me make an appt. I cancelled the appointment later. I will never ever return. I visited my primary care doctor and she asked me if I had seen them yet, and I told her I had my cancer removed and she was shocked- they had not communicated with her at all. This place just sees people as numbers and doesn’t give a flying f about you. I could write so much more but I’ll stop now. Be very weary.

Great place! Everyone is kind! Shelly got straight to her thoughts on my issue and started a treatment. Still working on a pinpoint at the moment for the issue. Laura was also straight to the point..had biopsies done by her and they were painless!

Everyone was very nice and informative. Wrote out instructions for me step by step...loved that so much!

Randall Dermatology has a new Fan, me! From my first greeting from the receptionist to checking out, the professionalism, listening ability, and kindness were evident! After over two years of itching without relief I am itch free! Amazing!

I was so embrassed to go due to my skin condition. They were professional, polite and made me feel so comfortable. The doctor was patient and went over the treatment plan verbally and provided me written instructions. I would recommend to everyone. Shelley and her team are the best.
