I was pleased with the comfort of the examination room and the demeanor from the doctor. She asked questions and listened well. She wanted me to be part of the planning process and invited questions along the way to best understand options and possible medications.

Was underwhelmed and felt exam could have been better. She spent about 5 minutes with me and I didn't feel she did a thorough skin check. It felt like she just wanted to get out of there

Dr Greiman & her staff were very professional & friendly. She did a thorough body scan of all my moles & questionable spots. She reassured me that all of my spots were not pre cancerous. Would definitely recommend her & will be going back.

I had an appointment a month ago and the appointment took literally 5 minutes Literally 5 minutes from going in and leaving I did not have any special treatment They charged almost $740 for only that day which is absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend this service provider at ALL! I’m now in the process of pursuing legal action

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I prepaid for a service at the Ames clinic in August of 2024. Two days prior to the appointment, the clinic called and cancelled my appointment. I have made several phone calls requesting a refund and to no avail. It is December and I am still waiting for my refund. Be very careful if you choose to use this clinic.
