When I made my appointment, it showed on my search that the doctor was now in Pleasant Hill, IA! Great, I so my live 7 miles from that medical building! No, he was still out in West Des Moines in the office where I used to see him! I was about 30 minutes away! The receptionist in the Urgent Care, where I stopped for assistance, called Dr. Love’s office, which was about 30 minutes away, and I was told that I could still come!!! Wow!! That was so nice!!!! I was so pleasantly surprised and impressed with their courtesy, and all of the staff by whom I was assisted, were understanding, and I never felt that I was putting them out! That included Dr. Love, of course!! What could have been a bad experience was handled so well by Dr. Love’s office personnel!!!⭐️

From the moment I arrived, my visit could not have been any better. The front staff were so kind and helpful. The back staff was perfect as well. Dr Love did a great job on my skin issues. He did not rush me and answered all my questions. I had multiple skin issues to be addressed and he took care of every single thing I asked. Dr. Love his staff are exceptional.

First time meeting with Dr. Love. He listened to all my concerns. He decided to biopsy a spot. He was quick and efficient. I get nervous easily, but felt comfortable during the process. I will be visiting again to address other things with my skin. I would recommend him!

Dr. Love is a nice man and does his best to get me in and out without wasting his time or mine. As much as possible, he has always tried to explain what he does. I understand that his aim is to give me the best care he can.

I was soooo Impressed with the young nurse that helped with my procedure!! She was very compassionate and professional at the same time. To find that balance in our fast paced world is Priceless! And Dr. Love was kind also, and didn’t sugar coat anything but showed empathy not sympathy. I felt the two of them had that quiet confidence I felt I could lean on. To me they should get a 5 star rating as a Awesome team!!
