I've had multiple experiences at this facility for myself, and my kids. This one though: Took my daughter there the other night. Had xrays done. The "provider" working that night said her xrays were "normal". Fast forward a couple days. I call my daughters PCP to READ THE SAME XRAYS only to find out that things WERE NOT FINE. The experience that I personally had, for myself, was when I was sick. I had just gotten over covid. A week later, was sick again. I tested myself for covid at home. It was negative. Went to er that night with a 105 fever. They (without testing me) said that i had covid. Despite me telling them my test was already negative from home. I don't recommend this facility. At. All.

Awful. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this facility. The staff was very rude and unwelcoming. I waited hours to be seen by anyone. Once I was finally seen by Lori Isle I was treated and sent out within minutes. I was given a shot for pain, no one explained what the shot was nor did Lori give me a few minutes to tell her what was going on. After being seen she was supposed to send records to my PCP. A week went by and she had still not even written my report regarding my appointment. I called the clinic MANY times in order to handle this. It took two months to finally get records to my PCP. Because of this I am still in pain and have been unable to continue the next steps in order to resolve this problem. If she would have done this in the time she said it would be done by I would already be done with the PT I needed and onto the next step in order to hopefully have some pain relief.

Staff were all about making sure they were out of there on time. I went in with my 3 year old daughter for a cough that we just couldn’t get to go away and her PCP couldn’t get her in to be seen, but I was concerned it needed addressed as she was coughing very hard. When we walked in the ladies at the front asked what was going on as they continued to clean up for the day and act uninterested. Once I told them, the one girl stated, “we don’t take walk ins after 5:45; appointments only because we close at 6.” It was literally 5:46 pm!!! The rudest most unhelpful staff that truly lack compassion. I will say we drove all the way to Parsons urgent care where they got my girls fixed up and were nothing but kind! Labette Health needs to send Indy urgent care staff to Parsons to train for a bit! Those girls need a lesson in healthcare and how getting out “on time” isn’t always a thing. As a nurse, I would NEVER turn a patient away; let alone 15 minutes BEFORE closing time. Shut and lock your door if that’s truly your policy, I would bet that it’s not. Just something some snotty front desk lady made up!

Urgent care is only open from 8-12 on the Saturday only. Their clinic is great, but urgent care needs to be opened at least until at last 2 on Saturdays.

I had a bad experience with rude staff and front desk that lied to me and about me several times. i have heard about the unprofessional actions of this hospital but did not believe it until i dealt with it personally. The front desk lady and one of the female nurses named Cassie directly lied about an incident that happened 3 different occasions and wasted my time by telling me i was waiting on them to get some information regarding the incident for over 45 mins just tonfind out they had no access to thr ingormationbib2as requesting and wouldnt be able to obtain it until the next morning. They had to have known they werent able to do what I was requesting way before they had me waiting for the results. What they did could have easily and may have inevitably cost me my much needed job. I really should sue for slander and deflimation of character as well as for the loss wages by thier lies. I never in my life experienced such horrible service and bold outrage actions.
