Ask doc to send meds to one pharmacy and they get sent completely else where. Ask receptionist to ask nurse to fix it, because I need these meds I am sick. Receptionist.(older woman) States you will have to call and you will have to have it fixed. This was your mistake. I am calling and asking you to fix it, I said one thing that upset you and you hung up on me and you were completely rude. The whole call, but I couldn’t be rude at all. I am finding another doctors office, not Independence Coffeyville to travel, terrible places. Had multiple problems here and no one ever seems to fix it. They just do what they want.

Worst experience I have ever had at an ER. I got injured at work and was rushed to the Labette Health ER for a possible concussion. I could barely walk or see when I was brought in. From the very beginning I felt like a complete inconvenience their staff. Barely conscious I had to fill out paperwork before I could even be seen by anyway. I can’t recall how long I waited but I remember sitting there in so much pain throwing up into a trash can. Note: There was no one in the lobby. During the entire visit I had to suffer with rude and inconsiderate nurses who treated me like I was completely fine. There were so many incidents of neglect and impatience. I don’t feel comfortable going into complete detail about everything, but one of the most notable parts was when I had used my call button to ask what was happening or if I had any friends or family there. I was so scared and confused. The nurse responded with “I don’t know I don’t check the cameras.” They took my call button away and left for me with nothing for so long (I didn’t have my cell phone or anything on me) After being told I was discharged after an hour of not seeing anyone they gave me papers and didn’t even walk me out or show me to the lobby or exit. My loved ones watched me stumble into the lobby barely being able to see with no help or assistance from anyone. No one informed them of my state, or condition the entire time. Overall it was a terrible experience where I felt neglected, unheard, and disrespected in my most vulnerable state.

Well did my left foot proud, 4 breaks, er staff, doctors, nurses were exceptional. Big shout out thank you very much.

I left worse than I went in I was in pain... I left with blood pressure so high I could not see, hear, and barely walk. They shoved me into waiting room and had to walk out falling down looking like a Crack head. They fudged my test results. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I would find the nearest after this disgusting place. I had to go home and take a diuretic then go to different doctor WHERE THEY TREATED ME!!! The place said I would have died had I not seemed a 2nd opinion.

I took my adult, high risk pregnant daughter to the ER in Independence last night and was shocked at how rude everyone we came in contact was. It was like we were a pain in the rear and disturbing their time. From now on we will go to Coffeyville. It’s too bad that Independence really needs this ER. Im very disappointed as this isn’t the first time this has happened to us. The clinic staff is wonderful but the ER staff leaves a lot to be desired.
