First time getting filler and Mack was INCREDIBLE! She took my natural lip shape and enhanced them in the most beautiful way. She walked me through the entire process and provided answers to all of my questions/concerns. The whole process was quick, easy and painless. Today I had my first appointment with Mak. I got Botox and filler during my appointment. She was INCREDIBLE. So knowledgeable and willing to just sit and talk with me about every question I had. She is so informative and SO easy to talk to. She made my appointment comfortable and I cannot wait to keep working with her in the future. I hope she felt the same about me because she’s stuck with me! 😂 Overall, I had the best experience.

I can’t even begin to explain how much I adore this place, the staff, and everything they have to offer. It’s by far the best place I have ever gone to for lip injections. Mack is BEYOND amazing. She makes you feel so comfortable, talks to you like a friend rather than just another client, gives honest feedback, and is the only one I would trust doing my lip filler. I started coming here after having a bad experience with my previous injector and I'm so glad I made the switch! Hayley is my injector here, but all the staff is very friendly. Hayley is excellent- she made me feel so comfortable since day one and she's very knowledgeable and I've had great results.

All the staff at refresh med spa are so nice and helpful!! I’ve gotten a few facials from Callie now and have had the most relaxing time. She’s so sweet, knowledgeable, and attentive of what your skin needs and how to help your skin care routine!
