This place has serious staff issues, billing issues and scheduling issues. I think they don't realize that they are for profit and your patients are your priority. Not your staff or your Manager who isn't managing your office very well. It's why you have a 3 on your reviews. Your staff is pissing off your patients! And you are losing a lot of business! Disaster! If you want to be treated like you OWE them and YOU are lucky to have them, not they are lucky to have you. Then by all means waste your money here.

The P.A. Faith and her assistant, both of them would interrupt me literally almost every single time I went to say something. It was extremely disrespectful, rude, frustrating. Didn’t listen, not friendly, no personality. I was uncomfortable. There was tension. No one even looked at my skin. It felt like very in general advice and nothing personal.

I didn't even end up going here but I agree with the other review that said they make you feel like a "human meat suit". I had to reschedule my appointment a couple times (always days in advance of my original appointment), the latest appointment of which was today. As the PREVIOUS appointment date neared, I began receiving calls and texts reminding me of my appointment AFTER I had already rescheduled for today. I called to make sure it had been moved and was told to ignore the calls/texts and I was in the system for 9/17. I never received calls or texts for the appointment today so I called the front desk before heading to my appointment just to make sure. The lady was short with me and told me no, I wasn't on their schedule for today, and I now had a no-show/late fee associated with my account for "missing" the previous appointment and transferred me to billing. Billing called me back later and said that I WAS on the schedule for today and now had ANOTHER late fee associated because I missed today's appointment - when I had been told just hours earlier that I wasn't on the schedule! They eventually got the late fees waived but it was a struggle of having to defend myself. It takes a lot for me to give a bad review but these interactions were incredibly unprofessional. I will not be rescheduling here again.

Excellent place. Rachel is super friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean and always the best service here. I've been coming here for years and never had a negative experience.

Had the best visit with my dermatologist today, Dr Householder. She is absolutely the best! The doctors & staff were ALL dressed in Halloween costumes. What a great day!
