I love my doctor but the front desk is not helpful. The system doesn't let you leave voicemails, you can only leave a call back number. After playing phone tag for 30min while I'm at work I get on the phone with the rudest person. I tried to ask a question about the patient portal so i wouldn't have to play phone tag again but she said "hold on LET ME TALK" I work at a front desk and I would never talk to someone the way she talked to me. I love my doctor but I don't know if I can stay with her if this is her new practice. To the response- Why would I call back if its just going to ask me to leave a call back number or place me on a 30min hold.

I was excited for my appointment after hearing good things from others and being referred here by my primary doctor. To my disappointment, the NP seemed completely indifferent to my concerns, and the visit felt very rushed. I asked questions about my issue and he seemed uninterested and barely discussed what I was hoping to address. Instead, he just prescribed a different version of a medication I've already been using (which I explained wasn't working) then told me to make a follow up appointment if it doesn't help. I'm unsure if he knows how expensive a doctor visit is these days (even with insurance), but I definitely won't be scheduling that follow-up appt here. I had to take time off work and drive almost 30 minutes each way, only for him to be dismissive and waste my time.

Receptionist tells me she can’t find my appointment because I booked on line. She says “I don’t recommend booking on line with us, it usually doesn’t work.” Told me I had to reschedule. Uh, no - FIX YOUR WEBSITE. And hire people that can think for themselves. On to a new doctor! Good luck keeping that business afloat.

I scheduled with this office owing to insurance coverage changes. Now I'm really glad this occurred as I didn't know what I was missing. The Crestview Hill office is convenient, good parking and very professionally run. My safety was obviously a great concern with minimal contact with others upon arrival. The staff perceive my needs and are great listeners to any questions I might have. I saw my practitioner, Seth', in a timely fashion with no waiting . Appreciated greatly as I was accustomed to waiting in my shroud in a chilly room for some time at my previous caregiver. I'm always full of questions and Seth completely allayed any fears I had regarding this or that spot. Timely treatment and I was able to get on with my day. Highly recommend this location.

By far the best dermatology group I have visited. The appointment was set within a reasonable time. The staff were welcoming and friendly. My wait time in the office was minimal and Dr. Stephenson was great!
