Everyone is nice and respectful at the Plastic Surgery Group. I am leaving a low rating because of the outcome of my procedures. I first got in contact and seen Dr. Guyton back in April of 2024. I was very clear about the results I was looking for regarding an Earlobe Reduction/Repair. I was assured that it was possible and that revisions were possible after to ensure that I liked the final result. Well now that we are in January of 2025 after 2 revisions I can say that I am still not happy with the result of my procedures. I’ve even seen another of Dr. Guyton colleagues and was told something of the like regarding my ears. “They are close enough.” I understand that they’ll never be perfect but what I’m not happy with is that I was told that it wouldn’t even be an issue. I was assured and told that I would be in good/skilled hands. However the outcome is lack luster. My ear on the right is has significant scaring and is very thin. While my other ear genuinely looks nice and has minimal scaring. I really wish that this possibility was communicated to me prior to me paying and undergoing these procedures because I would have likely not done them or tried to find an office that could give me more options. I’m not saying you shouldn’t peruse said procedures with any of the doctors here but I would be very cautious with who you choose to go with and ensure that you are on the same page with them. Because sadly for me I am out $1600 and dislike my ears more than before..

I chose TPSG because of all the success stories I had heard. I'm a Veteran, so most of my life I have been working out, lifting, running.....so my chest was normally flat and muscular....not the exact look I was going for. So I went on in, had an informative talk then I was scheduled to meet Dr Vashi at the outpatient center. It's been 10yrs and I still love the the breast implants today! So natural, they haven't gotten weird or changed shape, and now I want to go back for a tummy tuck.....turns out having a child at 40yrs old tends to be hard to recover from 🙃 Monica Stephens

Liz is wonderful! She has a very warm bedside manner and is extremely knowledgeable about the products and procedures. She does not try to push products or procedures but instead Listens to your concern and offers experienced advice. I would highly recommend her!

During my visit to Dr. Wilson for ear lobe repair surgery, I was impressed by the excellent reputation he has and the exceptional care he provides to his patients. Despite feeling extremely anxious about the procedure, Dr. Wilson alleviated all my concerns by thoroughly explaining each step of the surgery beforehand. His extensive experience in the field was evident through his transparency and expertise. On the day of the surgery, Brittany, his nurse, ensured my comfort before Dr. Wilson began. The efficiency and expertise of his team were remarkable, and I felt reassured throughout the surgery, which was completed in less than 30 minutes. After years of dissatisfaction with my ear lobe, I can now admire the flawless results in the mirror. Dr. Wilson's precise work left minimal scarring, and I am truly impressed by the outcome. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Wilson to anyone seeking a skilled plastic surgeon.

I came here a couple months ago for a consult. The Dr was really nice and acted like he wanted to fix what another dr had previously done. Stated they just need my records from my previous surgeon. I waited weeks and heard nothing. I called and talked to Pam who stated yes they received records just not what they wanted. I asked why they never reached out to me. All I had to do was make a phone call and they sent the right notes. Waited weeks again and heard nothing still! It's probably been 2 months at least and no phone call back to discuss options! I called the office manager to find out if they didn't want to take my case just say so and I'll go some where else. No return call back! Very disappointing!
