Harold Primary Care

I have recently moved and started going to Harold Primary Care. I have to say i am truly amazed with his the staff( nurses, doctors, pharmacy staff) are with their patients. I have never had a bad experience and love every visit i make. The pharmacy tech always goes above amd beyond to make sure i get the right meds and know the side effects and what to watch out for. Tara Newsome is by far the sweetest person and i feel blessed to have her as my doctor.Thank you to all the staff .

I would not recommend this clinic. I saw Hunter on April 8 for maybe a blood clot he send me on to get ultra sound and X-ray same day. And never called with results I tried calling everyday for 11 days to get results and no one answered or when they did gave me the runaround no results said he hadn’t signed off on them, so I finally went to office to pick up them myself. To me a patient should get results faster with something serious. So I won’t recommend or be back.

This place use to be okay, but since ARH bought Highlands out the quality the staff went down. I'm setting here for an hour to get a blood draw. I'm have been getting blood draw the past couple of years and usually 15 minutes. The past few of months it been 45 minutes to a hour. UPDATE: After a hour and half I finally got my draw. I had to walk up to check in window, twice, and wanting to speak to someone who is in charge.

Always a pleasant experience with a short waiting time. Doctors, nurses and office staff are always friendly and helpful.
