I feel beyond grateful to have found Horizon and Dr. Trimble. After only one appointment, I went from 1-2 migraines a week to only 1 mild migraine a month. I feel like I have my life back. I’ve had migraines for 20+ years, have seen numerous doctors, and tried various treatment plans with little relief. The doctors I‘ve seen in the past spent little more than 15 minutes with me and would just throw various medications at my headaches without listening to my specific symptoms. I’ve never had a doctor listen to me and educate me on migraines to the extent that Dr. Trimble does. She takes her time in her appointments with you. But is also always on schedule - I’ve never had to wait long at my appts. The treatment plan she created for me is easy to follow, effective, and addresses my migraines from multiple angles. The staff is wonderful as well. They worked with my insurance and pharmacy to make sure my medications were covered and provided me with samples until it was all worked out. They make scheduling an appt a breeze. They are easy to contact and work with. I truly can’t say enough positive things about this office. It almost feels too good to be true! I feel so very seen and cared for as a patient at Horizon and would recommend to anyone.

I have had migraines for years and recently had a fall resulting in a headache everyday for 8 weeks. I had the opportunity of seeing Dr Trimble for Botox and my headaches stopped the next day. I have only had two headaches in the past 5-6 weeks and I am so grateful for the excellent care I received at Horizon. Dr Trimble and her staff are amazing !

I have been so pleased with Dr. Trimble and the improvement in migraines after 25 years of episodic then chronic for the last 7-8. Neurologists did not help me, but she is incredibly knowledgeable, intuitive, and willing to listen and explain. In addition, the staff is friendly and kind! I haven't had to wait long at all, and the small waiting room is dimly lit....my first thought: these folks know migraines! Wish I'd come here years ago!

I went to this office 11 times for infusions to try to get rid of my migraine that I had for a month and a half......I had already been diagnosed with Hemiplegic Migraines. Didn't find out till I went to a specialist in Chicago that the medicine they was giving me in the infusion could have caused me to have a stroke due to the Hemiplegic migraine! The medicine was DHE! Do not use if you have the same diagnosis! I tried to call them when I got back from Chicago and they would not answer or return my call. Call Dr Urban in Chicago! You will be glad you did!

I have seen Dr. Trimble for about 4 years. She is the best doctor I have ever had. I started seeing her for chronic migraine that I had for months. She was able to break me out of that cycle and help me manage my migraines so that they barely affect me anymore. She carefully listens to you, develops novel treatment plans and has very reasonable prices. She carefully explains all the different treatment options you never feel confused or uncertain about your treatment. Her staff is so kind and respectful and you just feel cared for when you are there. I can’t sing her and her staff’s praises enough.
