I was recently seen at this facility and write this review to commend Audrey who was the Nurse who assisted me. Audrey was very professional and very kind. She has a nice way of caring and it showed. Most clinical staff are hurried and aloof. Thank you Audrey for your professionalism and caring.

My son sees Angela Ballard and she is wonderful. Always answers my questions, appointments are expedient, we are never left waiting for extended persons of time. I have also seen Kris and she is also amazing. We love this office. I have been to others in the area and had poor experiences.

Brought my mother in for an appointment. Everyone was so kind to us. She was called back on time and the doctor came straight in and took care of her. Very pleasant

Seen Caleb Rowe PA at the London office regarding a wart on my finger, first time he froze it went perfect. Second time I went, had to point it out to him, then he proceeded to not even freeze it. Froze my finger about half an inch above it, complete missing it. Didn’t realize until hours later after the blister formed. Contacted the office to see if they would work me in the next day to fix the mistake and they couldn’t (don’t do dermatology on Thursdays). I think that if one of their providers makes a mistake they should be willing to work with the patient. I should not be billed for a visit that lasted five minutes for it to not even be froze correctly. After this I will not be back.

Very dissappinted they said I missed two appointments and one AM aware of yes but wouldn't reschedule for a year this is ridiculous and the bad part is I liked my doctor I have sever psoriasis thank goodness I have a great primary care doctor Chelsea Philpot who will help me.
