Absolutely do Not use this office for anything. And by all means don't leave money in an account. If you get diagnosed with carcinoma and a dermatologist says you cannot have a procedure until this is taken care of they will keep your money the staff accounting will bug you to death for any money owed letter after letter but if there is a refund due you will hear nothing. Dr Charikers office staff is very unprofessional, argumentative and rude. I had to have reconstructive surgery on my forehead after I had deep cancer cells removed and for over a year I had stitches that worked their way to the top. I went once to the office to have them removed early on but when it continue to happen I had to just cut them myself. This was going to be cosmetic. Keep shopping and doing your homework.

Dr Chariker has always been attentive, caring, and professional. I have seen him for both cosmetic and medical procedures and he has given me the best of care in both. He was recommended by a friend and I have since recommended him to many friends as well as family. I have even taken my own daughters to see him. He’s straightforward and honest and always has my best care in mind.

He did a fabulous job on our son's hand. We highly recommend him for all your medical care. Plus he explains to you step by step and has a wonderful bedside manner.

Years ago, Dr Chariker did palate surgery on my son and daughter who both have velocardiofacial syndrome. 22q. My son and daughter were both hypernasal. Dr Chariker was our miracle. No doubt, Dr Chariker will do an awesome job and he cares as well. Highly recommend him!!

My surgery was done by Dr. Rapp who was located in Dr. Charickers office. I developed a staph infection shortly after my surgery and was told they would make it right and take good care of me ,instead I got nothing but horrible care. The infection was literally eating my skin & I got sent home. It was only after my personal doctor looked at it and I called them back that they changed my medicine. They even told me they wouldn't fill my pain pills and that I should just get over it. I always wondered why the waiting room was empty and now I know. I returned back to Dr. Charicker and was told they couldn't help me and insurance would not pay for their mistake that they caused. I still have severe nerve damage, knots that they said would go away and terrible scars everywhere and it will soon be two years post surgery. I called and their surgical nurse told me that if I would quit talking she would help me. They blamed this behavior on Dr. Rapp's nurse who was the sweetest. I recognized the nurses rapsy voice who told me this. All in all a HORRIBLE experience with no personal service to speak of it was the absolute WORST I have ever experienced in my 58 years of customer service. This company is an ABSOLUTE JOKE, RUN AND RUN FAST from them. The unempathetic demeanor was unexcusable. Now I am scarred beyond belief with no help from them to fix the issues so I deal with the pain on a daily basis from this surgery. I was 12 weeks getting through what was to be a two week process. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY SURGERY, THEIR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE!!! Doctors like this should not be allowed to practice medicine! I give them a -10 out of 10, completely unprofessional, uncaring, very dissappointing!
