I can’t recommend Melissa enough! She is absolutely amazing in every way. The “recipe” she used for my lips is perfect—it’s like she has a magic touch! She’s so gentle, kind, and talented, always making me feel beautiful and confident every time I visit. Plus, the whole team is incredibly welcoming and makes you feel right at home. I also have to mention how much I love the Skinade drink! It’s been a game-changer for my skin. I already notice a difference, and it makes me feel so refreshed and radiant. I had a fabulous experience with microneedling RF at the Smile Center. Melissa is very professional and informative. She is gentle and super caring. I was given plenty of time for the numbing agent to take effect and the atmosphere was extremely relaxing. As for the results, I recommend their microneedling service to everybody. The Potenza device is so precise and delivers on what it promises. The PRP is probably the most beneficial add-on service and makes recovery so much quicker. I highly recommend Melissa and her expertise. If you value your skin and want a more youthful look, Melissa will tailor a plan that is just right for you. I love that place!

I had a wonderful experience at the Smile Center. Melissa was very knowledgeable and assisted me with choosing the right treatment for my skincare concerns. She made me feel at ease during my Microneedling treatments. The office is aesthetically pleasing, and I felt very comfortable and relaxed in the space. Absolutely love the treatments and customer service I've received from nurse Melissa Langley as well as Dr. Kang. I have been to other skin care centers in Louisville (there are many great ones to choose from) and had been thinking about microneedling for awhile but Melissa's genuine care and her own results and belief in what she's doing sold me on doing it! And I couldn't be happier after just one treatment! The office is conveniently located and in a beautifully decorated, calm setting. The entire staff is incredible - Jill especially! I'll add that as a busy mom and wife working a full time and demanding job, it's nice that my dentist and full range of those services are right in the same office as well.
