Audrey is amazing! I started visiting Mizuguchi for toxin treatments at the end of February, and my experience has been outstanding. After a less-than-satisfactory experience at another med spa in Louisville, I was quite nervous. However, Audrey completely put my mind at ease. She thoroughly explained everything to ensure I understood why I might not have been seeing the results I wanted previously. She assured me that once she got to know my face and my dosing, things would improve. Thanks to her expertise and guidance, I didn't give up on toxin treatments. What sets Audrey apart is her genuine care for each of her clients. I never feel like just another customer; she truly makes me feel valued. Audrey follows up after the treatments to ensure everything is progressing as expected, making me feel like a friend is helping me achieve the best results.

I had multiple consults before choosing Mizuguchi. To start the staff here is AMAZING. They are pleasant as well as informed so they make the process as stress free as you can get. The doctor himself is an absolute pleasure to be around and his skill is unmatched. I did so much research before deciding on my procedure- that research led me here and with good reason. My surgery experience was wonderful. My recovery was quick and relatively painless. My results are phenomenal. Clean lines, minimal scarring, honestly a better outcome than I had hoped for. Please hear me when I say you get what you pay for and Mizuguchi and his staff are WELL worth the cost. I will forever be grateful for them and I will be back for any other procedures that I may decide on.

Firstly, the office itself is decorated beautifully. The staff is very welcoming and make it easy to discuss procedures and pricing without fear of rejection. Mackenzie at the front desk always calls you by your first name and is always smiling. Sarah is very helpful in making sure you are informed of the information you need to know about your procedure and that you are happy with your results. Dr. Mizuguchi is upbeat and brings a positive attitude to every appointment. There are other staff I did not name but they’re no less than the ones I mentioned. I am so incredibly grateful I had my breast augmentation done here and the outcome was outstanding!
