I recently had laser hair removal in Louisville, KY at Medspa810, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The process was quick and painless. The team made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. It was an amazing experience!

I got lip filler for the first time today here and my nurse injector was Sydney. She was so sweet, kind, and patient. I don’t always do the best with pain or needles but she made the experience so much better than I expected! She was very knowledgeable in her craft. Everyone at the front desk was welcoming as well.

My skin always looks and feels fantastic after getting a facial from Olivia! She is by far the best esthetician that I have been to! She takes her time to listen to your concerns and customizes the best facial for you.

4 weeks ago (2 weeks prior to Thanksgiving) I redeemed an Instagram promotion offered at this location. It was 10 units of Botox for $97. During consultation, I said that I had Dysport in the past and discussed the unit amount provided for that. The injector said that 10 units of Botox would be perfect for the results I desired (injections in forehead region). I specifically said that I would be happy to pay more than the promotion if needed and she said it was not necessary. She discussed that results do take longer to kick in than Dysport so expect the full 2 weeks but that Botox would be better because it lasts longer and fills the lines in fuller than Dysport would. Fast forward to 3 weeks later, my forehead looks exactly the same. I have full movement and no results that I was ever injected. I texted with the manager and set up a time to come back in. Today (so 4 weeks out now), I went in and met with a new injector. She told me that she could offer 10 units of Botox since that is what I already invested. I told her I would like to know if it could be converted units to Dysport and that I had a workout class to go to so it would give her time to discuss this with her owners. When I came back, an hour and a half later, she told me she had "bad news". She said THE OWNER would not offer anything to reimburse my purchase, not even the 10 units of Botox she had first offered. I was told I could purchase more Botox/Dysport for the regular offered price (or whatever Decembers promotions are) but that was my only option. I do not blame this injector whatsoever. I told her to have the owner call me to discuss this matter. Incredibly frustrated with spending money and having zero results. Long story short, do not switch spas and chase their promotions here!
