Dermatology & Skin Surgery Clinic

After a loss of trust in my previous dermatologist, I switched to Dermatology & Skin Surgery Clinic in 2020. Gretchen genuinely listens to my concerns and offers thorough explanations. The office staff is very friendly and efficient. It's very easy to get an appointment. Even more, I've been 3 times now and am always seen at or before my appointment time. I'm so thankful that I switched! I had a concern about a changing mole and didn't want to wait until my annual exam to get it checked. I easily made an appointment to see Gretchen, they did a biopsy, and it came back as melanoma. Again, the staff was compassionate delivering the news and explaining the diagnosis and treatment. Even though they deal with this all the time, they recognized that this was my first time. I just had my surgery to remove the spot, and Gretchen was amazing. Very grateful for their expertise!

I have had excellent office visits with Dr Case. He is caring, but gentle & efficient. I especially like that he can take care of my skin lesion removals in one office visit instead of other dermatologists who will look at you on one day but then make you come back for another office visit to remove anything on their “surgery day.” Also, as a Medicare patient, I have never had a problem with Medicare payments and his office as another reviewer suggested . All of my services were paid by Medicare & my supplement.

The staff at this clinic are all super friendly and up front about costs. Highly recommended. They have fixed any dermatological medical issues I’ve come in with.

Both of our boys had acne. We had tried several different treatments. I knew after no success it was time to call a dermatologist. As a nurse and mother I trusted Dr. Case. I had been his patient my teen years when I had acne. Our boys were treated by Dr. Case and the improvement was phenomenal. The staff was always helpful if we had a need. We will use again if we need a dermatologist. I highly recommend.
