The staff are so pleasant and professional! And the front desk, ladies work efficiently to get you checked in and then checked out. And the doctor was really helpful and took the time with me to answer my questions and take care of my needs.

First the lady that worked hard to get me in asap with issues I was experiencing really bad I appreciate so much. Not sure her name but she kept me posted on cancellations! Went today and got great care and already feeling much better after given 2 medications. Thank You!

Nurse practitioner was outstanding. Diagnosis she gave was easy to understand. No wasted time which I like. The young lady that got me ready for exam was also outstanding and considerate. Third lady was NP in training and was very attentive during the exam. Great people that Paducah Dermatology can be proud of.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ford for several years. Always a good experience and today was no exception. I actually got in early! And I didn’t wait long in the exam room. 👍 I always like Dr. Ford’s staff. Friendly and efficient. Very happy with the professionalism.

Dr. Ford and his crew are such a blessing. My appointment had been mistakenly canceled, but they were willing to work me in anyway. I only waited a few minutes to get in to see him. He and his staff are so professional and caring. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
