I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The front desk staff were friendly, building was clean and Ryan Filiatreau was excellent. He was punctual, thorough, professional and informative. It is very apparent that he loves dermatology! Such an easy appointment. As long as the billing is done correctly they will have checked all the boxes. We shall see but so far the experience was great!

The PA that I saw, only spoke to me for maybe 2 minutes. She did not listen to anything that I said and told me what my problem was, even after I told her that I had already been treated for that numerous times without success. She did not seem to care about what I had to say at all. She then said she would prescribe me something and sent something completely different to the pharmacy. Very frustrating, I will not be returning. The front desk worker was very kind but, that was the only positive of my experience.

Office staff friendly, smart technology, clean updated building. However, the PA I just had an appointment with will never be allowed to “handle my case, or be present with my care” ever again. He was short in conversation, rude with his responses, and actually gave my case all of 5 minutes before saying that was all that needed to be discussed today at the door as he was preparing to leave the room. He did inform me I’d have to make another appointment if I wanted other issues resolved looked into as we “had used used up all my time discussing the rash”. Please, if you prefer a caring provider choose anyone else. I came to this office on a referral from my primary. My previous dermatologist has an office that appointments are hard to get and you are there a long period of the day. I know why- she cares, she leaves no mole untouched-unseen. She treats the whole person not just a symptom. My advice, go anywhere else, value your health- take the time to sit in an office all day if it gives you an answer. This office above looks great on the outside but the PA I was scheduled with just turned me off to ever returning “for another appointment”. To you sir, I hope the remainder of the time (about 3 minutes before I left the building) after you left my room, surrounding yourself with 3 female staff was growth and development time for your career. As you clearly could not be bothered for a visual exam from a paying-new client. Good luck, you won’t be seeing me again- and if people read this review I hope they don’t waste there time either with this joke of a PA. I did ask your name but was to angry to register what you said as I felt very dismissed. Or I would name you here. It’s the Richmond,KY location if that helps.

Have been seeing this office and Ryan for years now! Ryan is a great provider and very professional and I have been getting an injection for my severe eczema from him for a while now but recently tried to refill my Dupixent injection on the CVS app because I had just taken my last one and got a message that the PA was denied which I thought was weird since I haven’t had any issues getting it approved before so I called the office and I get informed that I have to pay my entire bill before a PA will even be submitted for my medication which I was never informed of!

I had excision surgery and really felt like Dr Legrue( hope I spelled that right) really cared about my comfort level. He and the staff assisting worked together with such professionalism..I really felt at ease that I could trust him/his knowledge. He did an amazing job stitching the sites up and keeping everything clean. You could tell he was focused on doing the surgery perfectly.The front office staff are very kind and caring, too. I was really impressed and recommend going here.
