Katie has helped me get my skin back in order after having my babygirl. It is so much easier getting all my face care products in one place, that I actually know are quality products rather than buying random products at ulta. The facials and back facials are so relaxing that I think I’ve fallen asleep a couple times! I’ve also gotten acne treatments which has helped so much with my acne scars and have helped me feel more confident! Thank you for being amazing Katie!

I have been seeing Katie at Empower since June '23. In that time, my skins has literally transformed! I decided to quit doing my monthly nail appointments (things most folks don't notice and are harmful) to doing a monthly facials with dermaplane instead and this has been one of the best decisions I've made this year. I started the SWICH treatment 3 months ago and my skin hydration is dramatic. So plump folks thought I had cheek filler. Katie takes time to educate, provides a great experience (her neck and shoulder massage is *chefs kiss*), and gave me the best skincare recommendations for my skin. This is not one size fits all...she understands my skin and is helping me have the most hydrated 50 year old skin I can have. I will always recommend Katie to everyone. Rockstar!

I cannot complain about the service I received from Katie, that was fantastic and I won’t take that away from her. However, the way she made me feel afterward completely ruined my experience. I hadn’t even left the parking lot when I looked on Facebook and she had just posted a sarcastic meme about how she is “not so silently judging” the lack of sunscreen use. This not only hurt my feelings but has made me overly paranoid about my face. This was not mentioned during my appointment and she could’ve very easily talked to me about it during that time. Yes, I have sun damage but this occurred during teen years before I knew any better. This was a very unprofessional and “mean girl” move.

I’ve been seeing Katie for almost a year now and she has completely changed the way I view skincare. I look forward to each of my visits. She is an expert esthetician focused on ensuring you have the best regimen for your skin that is also manageable for your lifestyle.

Katie is amazing! I had the back treatment and the custom 90 minute facial. She was very knowledgeable about the products. I have rosacea and she was very gentle with my skin. I feel great and I will be coming back.
